IMAlerts for SharePoint - Release Notes

Release 1.0.1.0 (November 9, 2009)

This is a maintenance release. An upgrade is strongly recommended.

The following items were fixed and/or added:

• Bug: The table on the "Manage My IM Alerts" page has an unnecessary background color.
• Bug: The stored information about IMAlerts database location is not removed when IMAlerts Feature is uninstalled.
• Bug: Error messages are not written into the local Windows error log when IMAlerts database is unavailable.
• Bug: "Unknown error" message is displayed when a user tries to navigate to any of IMAlerts Web pages while the IMAlerts database is inaccessible.
• Bug: Alerts are not generated when items are renamed.
• Bug: Some Jabber IM clients (for example, Spark and Kopete) go into an endless message loop where IMAlerts Server keeps sending them short messages containing the user’s Jabber ID.
